Olivia Martin, LPC

THERAPIST

Olivia is a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with adolescents, adults, and couples facing a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, self-criticism, relationship concerns, and life transitions. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from West Virginia University and continued on to achieve her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Duquesne University

Olivia takes a trauma-informed, person-centered approach to counseling, recognizing that every individual’s experiences, strengths, and goals are unique. She thoughtfully tailors therapy to meet each client’s specific needs, integrating evidence-based approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective therapeutic techniques. Her goal is to help clients develop practical skills, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.

At the heart of Olivia’s work is the belief that healing and growth happen within a safe, supportive, and authentic therapeutic relationship. She strives to create an environment where clients feel comfortable showing up as their true selves—without fear of judgment or criticism. Through compassion, collaboration, and genuine connection, Olivia helps clients gain deeper self-understanding, strengthen their relationships, and move toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
