Whether working with children, adults, or families, Melanie has experience with individuals facing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, and life transitions. With a strong commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment, she focuses on helping clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and achieve meaningful change. Melanie incorporates an overall versatile approach that promotes healing, growth, and emotional well-being. With over 15 years of experience, she has developed a diverse skill set, utilizing a wide range of evidence-based treatment modalities to tailor therapy to the unique needs of each client and supports a holistic approach that considers all aspects of a client’s life—including their emotional, physical, and social well-being—to foster deep, lasting change.

Melanie received her undergraduate psychology degree from Penn State and then went on to earn a Master’s degree in professional counseling from Carlow University, where she gained in-depth knowledge of psychological theories, therapeutic techniques, and ethical practices. Throughout their studies, Melanie specialized in child and adolescent therapy and trauma-focused care, equipping her with the expertise to effectively address a wide range of issues.
