Kelly specializes in a broad spectrum of issues, including anxiety, stress management, depression, grief and loss, as well as family and relationship dynamics. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families, offering a diverse and inclusive approach tailored to each individual. Kelly draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Humanistic approaches, Strengths-Based Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Multicultural frameworks. Each treatment plan is carefully individualized and designed to meet the specific needs and goals of her clients, ensuring a holistic and effective therapeutic experience.
